Pay the way an organisation pays
The default method. Bank details supplied with the quote, production starts on receipt.
30 % at order, the balance before dispatch. The usual compromise for clubs.
Reserved for public bodies, federations and approved organisations, once the file is validated.
Possible up to €3,000, for urgent orders.
How long does a club order take?
Allow 10 to 15 working days between artwork approval and delivery, printing included. In peak season (August and January), allow one more week.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum to order, but the first discount opens at 10 pieces. Below that, the public shop comes to the same price.
In what format should the club logo be supplied?
Vector preferably (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). Failing that, a transparent PNG at least 2000 px wide. We send back a proof before production.
Can we reorder identically next season?
Yes. Artwork, squad and sizes stay saved in the club space: a reorder takes three clicks, with only the size adjustments.
Are customised items returnable?
No. A shirt printed with a player’s name is neither returned nor exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect. Non-customised pieces follow the usual returns policy.
How do we get access to the pro space?
Through the form on this page. We verify that the organisation exists (registration, company or affiliation number) and access is opened within 48 working hours.
